The Company has been notified that the following PDMR sold ordinary shares of CHF 6.70 each in the Company on 26 February 2018.

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 as well as decisions 1/434/03.07.2007 and 33/03.07.2007 of Greece's Capital Markets Commission, J&P-AVAX SA announces the sale on 26.02.2018 of 2,637,000 shares of J&P-AVAX SA for a consideration of €1,186,650 by D&S JOANNOU (INVESTMENTS) LTD, a legal entity related to Board Chairman & Executive Director Mr Christos Joannou, to JCGH Ltd, the shareholder base of which is common with D&S JOANNOU (INVESTMENTS) LTD.
