Announcement about the transfer of Treasury Shares
The Company GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that in the course of implementation of the decision of the A' repeat Shareholders' General Assembly dated 7/7/2014, 1,350,000 treasury shares in total, corresponding to 1.3053% of the paid up share capital, were transferred to seven (7) Company Executives, who exercised the stock options granted, at the total price of 769,500.00 €.
The exercise of the stock options was effected through an OTC transfer on February 26,2018.
