• Data Vendors redistribute the Euronext Athens market data feed internally or to third parties
• They connect directly to the Euronext Athens information distribution systems
• They sign direct Data Dissemination Agreement with Euronext Athens and are responsible for the reporting and payment obligations towards Euronext Athens.
   

• Data Sub vendors redistribute the Euronext Athens market data feed internally or to third parties, but they cannot redistribute to other Data Vendors/Subvendors
• They connect to the Data Vendors’ data distribution systems
• They sign direct Data Dissemination Agreement with Euronext Athens (as well as with the Data Vendors) and are responsible for the reporting and payment obligations towards the Euronext Athens

• Euronext Athens Members can connect either directly to Euronext Athens or through a Data Vendor
• They can redistribute stock market information internally or to their clients, as part of their investment services. Euronext Athens Members are not permitted to retransmit Data Feed information to other Euronext Athens Vendors or Subvendors
• Euronext Athens Members sign a Data Redistribution Agreement directly with Euronext Athens and are responsible for submitting activity reports and making payments to Euronext Athens

• Companies that are using real time market information to create Derived Data / Non Display Services
• Non Display information is generated by processing Euronext Athens real time data feed electronically
• Non Display data users consume Euronext Athens real-time market data to trade algorithms, to execute automated orders and for fund management. Other use cases include the operation of trading venues (MTF, OTF, SI, CFD platforms), index creation and management, risk management, advanced analytics etc.

• Media outlets which display Euronext Athens real time information to their clients – visitors to websites or viewers on TV

• Any individual registering in a personal capacity for investment activities who does not act as an executive/senior officer, partner, employee, or representative of any financial institution, nor on behalf of any other person
• Non-Professional Users must not be engaged in the banking, investment, or financial sector in Greece or abroad and must not be subject to the regulations of any authority overseeing financial instruments
• Lastly, Non-Professional Users may use the Information solely for managing their personal assets and are not permitted to extend this to managing the assets of third parties, whether for compensation or not

All Users that are not qualified as Non-Professional Users.
