Appointment of executives

Hellenic Exchanges – Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the following appointments of executives of the Group, effective immediately:

  1. Mr. Nikolaos Porfyris assumes the newly created position of Chief Business Development Officer;
  2. Mr. Theodoros Zarros is appointed Director of Infrastructure Management & IT Support; and
  3. Mrs. Mary Georgiadou is appointed Director of Human Resources & Organization.

BUYBACK

MLS Innovation Inc., based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated January 31, 2018) purchased 4.600 own shares on Tuesday  February 27 , 2018 with average cost price 4,2694€ per share and total purchase value 19.639,14€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

Group Loan Refinancing

The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. informs the investing public that the negotiations for the refinancing of the existing syndicated and bilateral loans of the Group expired on 29.12.2017 was successfully completed. Following the approvals by the relevant banking committees, the termination terms of the agreement (term sheet) were signed on 27.02.2018. Pending the drafting and signing of the conventional texts, the banks agreed to extend the maturity of the above loans until 31.03.2018.

In accordance with article 24§2(a) of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» acquired on 27.2.2018 in total 2.074 common registered shares of the company “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 1.3.2018.
