Bonds are an alternative investment option for financing companies of all sizes. They can be listed on both the Regulated Market and the EN.A. Growth market of Euronext Athens. We offer a streamlined listing procedure for bonds, allowing you to complete your corporate bond issuance in less than 8 weeks.

Regulated Market

Regulated Market Listing Process

  • Submission of application for listing of corporate bonds to the Regulated Market, along with all required documentation
     
  • Approval of the listing application by Euronext Athens
     
  • Prospectus approval by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission
     
  • Bond offer, provided that the corporate bond has already been issued at the time of the application
     
  • Start of trading of bonds

  • Listing fee €7,000 for Issuers listed on Euronext Athens
  • Listing fee €10,000 for Issuers not listed on Euronext Athens

EN.A. Growth

EN.A. Growth Listing Process

Applying for the admission of corporate bonds in EN.A. Growth and furnishing the necessary supporting documents:

  • Selection of Nominated Advisor
  • Application for listing admission on EN.A. Growth
  • Presentation of the company to the Evaluation Committee of EN.A. Growth
  • Approval of admission requirements by Euronext Athens  
  • Publication of the Admission Document or Information/Prospectus by the Company
  • Conduct of Private Placement / Public Offer
  • Start of trading

Fees

  • Upon submission of the application, an amount of €4,500 is payable.
  • This one-off fee is payable regardless of whether the Company’s bonds will be admitted to EN.A. Growth.
  • Companies whose bonds are admitted for trading on EN.A. Growth for the first time are required to pay a one-off registration fee of €5,500 to Euronext Athens.

B1. Resolutions on admission to ΕΝ.Α. Growth

In case where the issuing company of the bonds is:

Listed on a Regulated Market or included in EN.A. Growth, the required supporting documents are described in Decision 4 of EN.A. Growth: "Procedure and supporting documents for corporate actions of companies listed on EN.A. Growth"

Not listed / not included in any market of the Euronext Athens, the required supporting documents are described in Decision 2 of EN.A. Growth: "Procedure and supporting documents for the submission of an application for the admission of securities to trading on EN.A. Growth"

If the company chooses to raise capital through a Public Offering of transerable securities, of total value less than €8,000,000, it must publish an Information Document in accordance with the provisions of Decision 2/1706/22.12.2025 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC)

ATHEX BONDS GREENet does not constitute a separate trading venue, market or segment of Law 4514/2018, but it is an information hub exclusively for the purposes of updating and displaying.
