MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that in accordance with the Laws 3556/2007 and 3606/2007 it was informed by OPTIMA BANK S.A. that the latter effected stock exchange transactions as follows:

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 13/02/2020, it purchased 3,752 common shares at an average acquisition price of 5.093 euros per share, valued at 19,070.32 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.
