Following a relevant statement by the Minister of Finance and in order for investors to be correctly and validly informed, LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the agreement, which will permit the partition of the Hellinikon – Agios Kosmas Metropolitan Hub, within the framework of the provisions under article 2.2(iv)(a) of the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Hellinikon S.A., has been finalized.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces the completion of the transaction for the acquisition of a portfolio of Photovoltaic Plants in full operation located in Northern and Central continental Greece of an aggregate 47 MW capacity for a consideration of EUR 45.8 million.

The transaction has been effected through TEFORTO HOLDINGS LIMITED ^(*) which acquired the shares of RADIANT SOLAR HOLDINGS LTD and GREENSOL HOLDINGS LTD which were participations of METKA-EGN LTD a subsidiary of MYTILINEOS S.A.
