This prospectus (the "Prospectus") relates to the offering to the public in Greece by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (the "HFSF" or the "Selling Shareholder") of existing ordinary registered voting shares, listed on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (the "ATHEX"), with a nominal value of €0.93 each in the share capital of Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A.
