«ALPHA TRUST Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Fund Management S.A.» (the “Company”) informs the investors that, on September 1st, 2023, the Decision no. 3026135 ΑΠ/1-9-2023, issued by the Ministry of Development, was registered in the General Commercial Registry under Entry Code No. 3746921, approving the merger of the Company with its wholly owned subsidiary "ALPHA TRUST Hellenic Land Single Member Societe Anonyme" through its absorption by the Company.
