ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE APPOINTMENT OF NEW HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT

"Quest Holdings S.A.", informs, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1 and 4.1.3.6 of the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, as applicable, in conjunction with article 17 par. 1 thereof of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and its Council of April 16, 2014, that following a relevant proposal by its Audit Committee and its Board of Directors during its meeting of 01.09.2023, appointed Mrs. Halioti Eleni as Head of Internal Audit Department of the Company replacing Mr. Kyriakopoulos Dimitrios.
