In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution (dated June 30, 2016) purchased 1.016 own shares on Wednesday August 17 , 2016 with average cost price 3,6493€ per share and total purchase value 3.707,69€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.
