In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution (dated June 30, 2016) purchased 1.169 own shares on Wednesday August 24 , 2016 with average cost price 3,6809€ per share and total purchase value 4.302,96€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

MLS : All Time High for the Semester of 2016  Net profit after tax +36%

MLS posted its best semester ever in 2016:

 Profit after tax increased by 36,8% amounted to 1,99 mil. Euro in the semester of 2016.

Turnover Increased by  5,4% amounting to 11.48 mil. Euro.

EBITDA amounted to 3,98 mil. Euro increased by 28,4% .

The equity of the company increased to 23.90 mil. Euro from 22.58 mil. Euro at 31/12/2015.

Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 and in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 29, 2014, it purchased 1,097 own shares, on August 24, 2016 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance Investments Services S.A. with an average acquisition price of € 1.5400 per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to € 1,689.38.

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on August 23rd 2016 bought 2,546 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 6,105.38. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
