Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that, based on §4 article 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 24.08.2016, 14,800 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR4.35 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR64,351.97.

The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “Eurobank Equities”.

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 24^th August 2016 the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance, 3,023 common  and 313 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 21.27 for the common and euro 12.51 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 64,288.23 and Euro 3,915.63 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17^th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
