The shareholders of Unibios Holdings S.A., invited by the Board of Directors of the company, attended an Extraordinary General Meeting at the Company's Headquarters today 24.02.2023. As the present and represented shareholders owned only 1% of the share capital, the meeting was terminated due to lack of quorum and will be repeated on 03.03.2023 at the same place and at the same time, as provided for in the initial invitation.
