24 February 2023 - Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified by the Deputy Chief Issuer Relations Officer Mrs. Lilian Georgopoulou on 24 February 2023 that on 24 February 2023 she purchased 1,170 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of €4,984.20.
