(the "Company") announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholder's Meeting dated 02.12.2021, on 24.02.2023 acquired through the Athens Exchange 12,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.90 euro per share, of an aggregate value 46,800.00 euro and on 28.02.2023 acquired 10,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.97 euro per share, of an aggregate value 39,700.00 euro. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES SA.
