Purchase of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31^st 2022, the Company proceeded on January 31^st 2024 with the purchase of 11,214 own shares at the average price of 8.75 euros per share and at a total value of 98,095.47 euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on January 31, 2024 it effected purchases of 8,200 Company shares of total value EUR 209,004.18 (average price per share: EUR 25.488).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,609,307 corresponding to 2.36% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 18.457 per share.
