On February 1, 2016 our company “INTRAKAT SA" took part in the bid announced by the Department for the Recovery from the Impact of Natural Disasters (Ministry of Infrastructure and Networks).

The bid was conducted in accordance with the provisions of the law on Public Procurement in the form of e-tender negotiation following invitation "For the supply of 1.150 single transferable shelters, container type" with lowest price per shelter as award criterion.

The company IKTINOS HELLAS SA, announces that following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company at 28.5.2015, purchased, own shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities.  On 23.2.2016 the Company purchased 350 shares, with average price EUR 0,956 per share and a total purchase price EUR 334,60.

The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Tuesday February 23 , 2016, bought 2.000 shares of a total value of 6.478,53€

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .

23 February 2016 – Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that, based on §4 article 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 23.02.2016, 24,900 own shares were purchased, at an average price of 4.32 euro per share, and total transaction cost of 107,743.34 euro.
