Space Hellas S.A. (“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the Νοn-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Georgios Lagogiannis, son of Panagiotis (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought according to a private agreement 16.666 common registered shares of the company with a total value of € 16.666 on February 23, 2016.

Space Hellas S.A. (“the company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), Law 3340/2005 and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (article 11), announces that the CEO of Space Hellas S.A., Mr. Mertzanis Ioannis, son of Anastasios (person obliged to notify in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought according to a private agreement 8.066 common registered shares of the company with a total value of ¤ 8.066 on February 23, 2016.
