Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 and in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 29, 2014, it purchased 2,624 own shares, on February 29, 2016 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance Investments Services S.A. with an average acquisition price of € 1.3659 per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to € 3,584.16.
