Announcement of the renewal of the appointment of Market Maker
The listed on the Athens Stock Exchange company “PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A.” (hereafter “the Issuer”), informs the investing public, that the duration of the market making agreement signed on the 16th of February 2015 with Eurobank Equities S.A. is extended for one (1) more year and particularly by the 1st of March 2017.

The Company “PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A”. (hereafter the “Company”), in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 and article 16 of the c.l. 2190/1920 as it is in force, and in execution of the relevant decisions made by the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 16.12.2014 and of the Board of Directors of 27.04.2015, purchased treasury shares through the Athens Stock Exchange member EUROXX Securities as follows:

Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that, based on §4 article 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 29.02.2016, 20,000 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR4.75 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR95,136.20.
The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “Alpha Finance Investment Services S.A.”.
