As of June 14, 2024, the shares of the company "DOPPLER S.A." (GRS502003007) are traded on the Alternative Market of ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 0.133423081676338  new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 1,414,286 new CR shares - at an issue price of €0.35 per share. The rights' trading period is set from June 19, 2024, to June 27, 2024 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from June 19, 2024, to July 2, 2024 (included). It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3.

Following the Company's announcement dated 19.04.2024 regarding the decision of its Board of Directors dated 18.04.2024 to purchase additional shares of the issuer REDS SA, through the ATHEX, ELLAKTOR acquired on 13.06.2024, 61,211 common registered shares, with voting rights, issued by REDS SA, at a purchase price of €2.70 per share.
