As of June 14, 2024, the shares of the company "DOPPLER S.A." (GRS502003007) are traded on the Alternative Market of ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 0.133423081676338  new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 1,414,286 new CR shares - at an issue price of €0.35 per share. The rights' trading period is set from June 19, 2024, to June 27, 2024 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from June 19, 2024, to July 2, 2024 (included). It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook, to the Rules of Operation of Alternative Market and to the decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session of June 14, 2024, are set as follows: +10% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (13/06/2024): €1.2400 and -10% at the adjusted start share price: €1.1400.

For convenience, below is given the type of calculation of the adjusted price of the share, which results from Decision 26 of the ATHEX Board of Directors, for each Share Capital Increase with cash payment in favour of the old shareholders of the company:
