The company LOULIS MILLS SA announces, according to L.3556 / 2007, the Decision 1/434 / 3.7.2007 and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law. 3340/2005, that on 07.03.2017 Mr. Nikolaos Fotopoulos, Vice Chairman & CEO of the company and bound person according to article 13 par. 1 of Law. 3340/2005 and now the EU Regulation 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, bought  2.000 common shares of LOULIS MILLS SA, of total value euro 3.000.

In accordance,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A. , based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated September 01, 2016) purchased  1.200 own shares on Tuesday  March 07  , 2017 with average cost price 4,2066€ per share and total purchase value 5.047,95€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (the Company) informs investors that, based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 7.3.2017, 20,951 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR4.62 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR96,866.21.

The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “NBG Securities”.
