Gerasimos Georgoulis, executive Member of the Board of Directors of the company EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, in combination with the provisions of article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, announces that on 07.03.2017 he sold 45,183 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, of a total value of Euro 51,374.07. The transaction was notified to us pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.

Share Buyback

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on March 06th 2017 bought 374 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 897.60. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).

Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (the Company) informs investors that, based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 8.3.2017, 15,000 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR4.70 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR70,594.09.

The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “NBG Securities”.
