Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Titan Cement Company S.A. ( the Company)  announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Petros Sabatakakis, non executive member of the  Board of Directors of the Company, sold on March 21, 2017 2,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 45,663.00 and on March 23, 2017 6,700 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 154,213.55.

MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A. , based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated September 01, 2016) purchased  810 own shares on Thursday  March 23 , 2017 with average cost price 4,1563€ per share and total purchase value 3.366,60€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.
