Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (the Company) informs investors that, based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014, and in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company of 20.5.2015, it purchased own shares; in particular, on 24.3.2017, 11,900 own shares were purchased, at an average price of EUR4.65 per share, and total transaction cost of EUR55,368.08.

The transactions took place through the member of Athens Exchange “NBG Securities”.

IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that according to the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 20.12.2016 decided the distribution of profits from previous years (2013-2014)  EUR 0.0298154146 per share amounting to 852,127.53 euro. The company holds 248.200 own shares until 10.03.2017 and in accordance with the legislation, the dividend corresponding to these increases the dividend of other shares and thus the total gross amount of the dividend per share amounts to EUR 0.0300766321.
