(MYTILINEOS) hereby notifies that on 06.03.2020 FREZIA LTD pledged 10,570,169 shares issued by MYTILINEOS. FREZIA LTD keeps the voting rights on the aforementioned shares.

Holding, Real Estate, Constructions” announces that, according to the article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Committee, Mr. Georgios Pedrikaris, shareholder and non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company (Obligated Person, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014), proceeded, on March 10, 2020, to the purchase of 5,000 common nominal shares, at the total value of 24,990.87 €.
