European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), applying precautionary measures against COVID-19, announces to the investing public the postponement of the scheduled presentation of the financial results for fiscal year 2019, which was due to take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

In accordance with article 24 par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, the company named “Andromeda Seafood Sociedad Limitada” (hereinafter the “Offeror”) states that on 10.03.2020 it acquired 134.580  ordinary shares of the company under the name "NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA" (hereinafter " the Company ") for 0,23 Euro per share.
