TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on March 12, 2020 through the member of the A.S.E. EUROXX Securities, with the purchase of 67,228 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 6.4481 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 433,494.57 euros.

Purchase of Own Shares

(or “Company”), informs investors that on 12.03.2020, the Company purchased 10,000 own shares at an average price of EUR 1.787 per share and a total purchase value of EUR 17,870.00 through the member of Athens Exchange «ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A», in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 12.07.2018 (6^th Item).
