MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. is currently in possession of 64,682 own shares corresponding to 0.06% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 13.93 per share. The purchases of the own shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 12/03/2020, it purchased 5,997 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3,495 euros per share, valued at 20,919.50 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 405,521 common shares, which represent 1.4745% of the Company's total shares.

It is announced that Motor Oil Holdings Ltd (related legal entity with Messrs. Vardis J. Vardinoyannis, Yannis V. Vardinoyannis and Petros T.
