AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 03rd of March 2022, shareholder and Chief Information Officer of Autohellas SA, Panagiotis D. Karabourniotis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), sold 1,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of €10,040.00.
