Hellenic Exchanges – Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces to investors that the Board of Directors, at its meeting today, elected as a new executive member and appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company Mr. Ioannis (Yianos) Kontopoulos, replacing Mr. Socrates Lazaridis.
At the same meeting the Board of Directors of the Company was again constituted as a corporate body as follows:
