MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on May 2nd , 2023 a total of five hundred thirty three (533) treasury stock of Company shares were transferred by way of Over The Counter Transaction (OTC) to the personal S.A.T. account of a related entity executive of the Company following the relevant decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated March 22nd, 2023 pursuant to the article 114 of the Law 4548/2018.
