Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of "VARVARESSOS S.A." is temporarily suspended, as of today Wednesday, May 3th, 2023, in line with paragraph 2d, article 23, L. 3556/2007,  for a maximum time period of ten (10) days, due to the fact that there are reasonable grounds for considering that the company's released Annual Financial Reports for  fiscal year 2022 (published on 02/05/2023) have not been prepared according to IAS/IFRS standards, on the basis of  the auditors' report, which includes a "qualified opinion".
