Euronext Athens approved the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the Euronext Athens Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A. for market making on the shares of the listed company QUALCO GROUP S.A. and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Tuesday, 5th May 2026.

Following the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of the company PROODEFTIKH TECHNICAL COMPANY S.A. (ISIN: GRS184003002) is temporarily suspended, as of today, Monday, May 4th, 2026, in accordance with case (d) of paragraph 2 of Article 23 of Law 3556/2007, for a maximum period of ten (10) days, as it did not publish within the deadline provided by Law 3556/2007 the annual financial report for the fiscal year ended 31.12.2025.
