Euronext Athens decided the suspension of trading of the company MEDITERRA S.A. (ISIN:GRS500003009), as of today Monday 4 May 2026, for the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market, following the publication of the company’s annual financial statements for the period ended 31.12.2025, in respect of which its statutory auditor expresses a ”Qualified Opinion” in the auditor’s report, until the company proceeds with the restatement and republication of its financial statements for the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, in accordance with IFRS, as certified by the audit report of its statutory auditor.
