BriQ Properties R.E.I.C. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 30/03/2020 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 31/03/2020, proceeded on November 6, 2020 through the member of the A.S.E.
European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 06/11/2020, it purchased 4,815 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3.917 euros per share, valued at 18,859.55 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.
Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 665.247 common shares, which represent 2.4187 % of the Company's total shares.
