Following the letter of Hellenic Capital Market Commission with Protocol number 2337 / 27.10.2020 and taking into consideration the observations of the Commission on the semi-annual financial report of TERNA ENERGY FINANCE S.A. (hereinafter "Company") for the period ended 30/06/2020, we would like to inform the investor community about the following:

Unibios Holdings SA announces to the investment public, in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/1052, 596/2014 and article 49 of Law 4548/2018, that in execution of the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company held on 11.11.2019, the company bought 2,300 own shares on Monday 9.11.2020 with an average purchase price of 0.22 euros and a total transaction value of 509,43 euros. The above shares were purchased through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange "N. Chryssochoidis Stock Brokerage I.S.S.A."
