Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Aristidis Papadopoulos, Executive Director region U.S.A., sold on November 19th 2013, 100 common shares of a total value of € 2,045.88.
