(Bloomberg: BELA GA – Reuters: BABr.AT -ISIN: GRS282183003), announces that, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and pursuant to the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated 26.9.2024 and the decision of the Board of Directors dated 30.09.2024, on 14.11.2024 the Company purchased 25,000 own shares at an average price of EUR 24.4246 per share of total value EUR 610,615.44.
