Eurobank S.A. completes €100 million tap issue of its €650 million Fixed Rate Senior Preferred Bonds due 2031

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on July 5, 2024 it effected purchases of 7,300 Company shares of total value EUR 168,937.38 (average price per share: EUR 23.142).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,582,907 corresponding to 2.33% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 18.819 per share.

(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on July 5^th 2024 with the purchase of 41 own shares at the average price of 11.14 euros per share and at a total value of 456.74 euros.
