Initiation of Buyback program

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on August 29,2024 it effected purchases of 8,902 Company shares of total value EUR 190,020.44 (average price per share: EUR 21.346).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,742,354 corresponding to 2.48% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.063 per share.
