It is hereby announced that on September 4^th, 2024, Mr Theofanis Voutsaras, purchased 4,500 shares of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIE S.A. of total value EURO 98,941.00.

Mr. Theofanis Voutsaras is the General Manager of Human Resources of the Company.
