MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on October 1,2024 it effected purchases of 3,557 Company shares of total value EUR 75,386.98 (average price per share: EUR 21.194).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,960,862 corresponding to 2.67% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.245 per share.

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23^rd 2024, the Company proceeded on October 1^st 2024 with the purchase of 14,650 own shares at the average price of 10.87 euros per share and at a total value of 159,183.72 euros.

Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according article 21 of the law 3556/2007 & the article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament  and following a relevant notification submitted to the company,  Ms. Lydia Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors, on 1/10/2024 proceeded with the sale of 174.00 shares of total value of 61.015,83 Euro
