Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. George Handjinicolaou on 27.09.2023 that on 27.09.2023 he purchased 5,000 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of EUR23,912.96.
