Announcement of a share capital decrease by reduction of  the nominal value of the shares and return of capital to shareholders and of an increase in the nominal value of the share by capitalization of reserves

 

The company UNIBIOS Holdings S.A. announces that the Ordinary General Shareholder Assembly of 26.07.2024 decided to reduce the share capital of the company by the amount of 343,800.92 Euro.
