PPC S.A. announces that the BoD at its meeting of 24.9.2019 decided:

  • The appointment of Mr. Ioannis Kopanakis at the position of Deputy CEO, responsible for the supervision of Mines, Generation and Development Business Units.

Mr. Ioannis Kopanakis has been the Chief Development Officer of PPC S.A. since January 10, 2017.

From September 1st , 2009 he served as Chief Generation Officer and from 2007 he served as Director of the Thermal Power Plants Operation Department. 

Third Interest Period of the Non-Convertible Corporate Bond Loan

In accordance with the terms of the Common Bond Loan as decided by “GEK TERNA SA” on March 16, 2018 (hereinafter “the Bond Loan”), the record date for the beneficiaries of interest for the 3rd Interest Period from 04.04.2019 until 04.10.2019 is set to be Thursday October 3rd, 2019.

The first day of trading without the first coupon (ex-coupon date) is Wednesday October 2, 2019.
