"LOULIS MILLS SA" announces that it has proceeded with the capital increase of 1,999,907.20 euros at a rate of 99.99% of its subsidiary "KENFOOD SA” based in the municipality of Keratsini-Drapetsona in Attica, which was implemented through an increase in the share capital of its subsidiary by cash contribution and issued 65,960 new common registered shares worth 10 euros each and with a sale price of 30.32 euros per share.
