EPSILON NET, in application with the provisions of L3556/2007 announces that based on information received on 18.09.2020, the shareholder under the name "BARCA CAPITAL MASTER FUND LP" , due to the acquisition of ordinary registered shares of the Issuer, on September 17, 2020,   now owns in total 811,000 shares, corresponding to 6.05% of the total voting rights of EPSILON NET.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights before the transaction:

Direct participation 4.78% (i.e. 640,000 common registered voting shares),

EPSILON NET. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Ioannis Michos - Chairman of the BoD and CEO of the company, according to his  notification, on September 17, 2020 sold 150,000 common shares of EPSILON NET, valued at ¤ 397,500 in total.
